Canton and Macao 3 times daily. Assists in office when not

Messengers No. 32, 33, 34, 35 on duty from 7 a.m. to
5 p.m. Take out carts. Carry bags in & out. Obliterate stamps; carry bags in and out. Clear boxes. Arrange letters on tables for clerks to make up mails. Sweeping up.
